As I watch TV world news on Covid-19 several things stand out. The poor and disadvantaged come off worse because our systems are not even-handed. Even well-established Health Care is stretched. Societies and Governments are having to re-balance the claims of individuals over against those of communities. I’m sure there will be much to applaud and many people to thank; there will be criticism and talk of lessons to be learnt; there will be those who voice blame, who look for enemies, who turn to violence; and for many the hurt and loss will continue for a long-time. At this time we trust that we have our very best political, scientific and medical interaction. Leadership. Right now we need leadership that is transparent, not-corrupt, collaborative and imaginative.
